Privacy and cookies
How SmartPaws UK handles your data, cookies and newsletter sign-ups.
Who we are
SmartPaws UK (smartpaws.uk) is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@smartpaws.uk.
What we collect
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider so we can send the newsletter. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use it only to improve the site. We have turned off Google's advertising features, and we don't use it to identify you. If you click Reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time with the link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics and Impact cookies from your browser. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Affiliate tracking (only with your consent). If you accept, we also load a tag from Impact, an affiliate network we use to work with brands. It records page views and clicks to partner brands so that we can be credited when you buy. See Impact's privacy policy at impact.com.
Affiliate links and cookies
When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (for example Amazon) may set its own cookies to record that you came from SmartPaws UK. Those cookies are controlled by the retailer and covered by its privacy policy.
Your rights
